A.M. was welcomed to Brunswick House by Dial-a-Cab Chairman Brian
Rice who showed him around Brunswick House, while explaining in
great detail how our customer-based procedures and advanced
technology place us at the forefront of the licensed taxi trade in
London and Europe - if not the world. |

points. He was also able to witness for himself - via Call Centre
monitors - a taxi being directed to Towcester in Northamptonshire as
it made its way up the M1 with a delivery. On the second floor I.T. department, Mr Cross saw the lengths to which we go in customising client’s requirements to meet their particular needs. I.T. Whitfield
then highlighted the facilities available on our MDT to make
the driver’s job easier. With a firm grasp of our operation, Mr Cross left much wiser and looking very impressed with the way we do things. As he left Brunswick House, he told Call Sign: "You have a very professional operation here. As for my questionnaire, I am inviting responses from many sectors of the transport industry and I hope that the PCO will listen and act on whatever recommendations I may make." |
