New Business Reporting to Brian Rice has given me the greatest insight into this business, one that has indeed involved a steep learning curve. Needless to say that with the collective efforts of our Sales team, last year's hard work has really started to pay off. It was wonderful to celebrate the end-of-year figures and I would like to thank you all for your hard work in helping to achieve an amazing £4m increase on our previous year. It doesn’t just happen - we create it! This company has such a great reputation, not only for our service, but also for the administrative support we provide our customers. Consequently, we are always being complimented for the fantastic quality of Reporting and Management Information Statistics (MIS) delivered by our resourceful IT department. Together we really make a great team. The area we really gained last year was with lots of smaller accounts, in addition to the larger ones that we already have. However, this year we are focusing on both large and small accounts, so watch out as we are "out and about!" Prior to Christmas, Natalie focused on training both new and existing customers on our Dacport facility, enabling them to make their own bookings, access reports and gather up-to- the minute account information on-line. This is particularly popular with our clients as they then have access to data until midnight on |
